Make & take for Thanksgiving

What is Thanksgiving without pies and muffins? Join us for a make and take featuring three holiday favorites: pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and herbed cheddar cornbread muffins.

Meet your instructor:
Alexandra Cleis has spent the last 15 years studying baking and pastry arts. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Academy of Culinary Arts and is currently an adjunct instructor at Pittsburgh Technical College. She was Pastry Demi Chef at the Biltmore Estate and also worked for Priory Fine Pastries as Lead Cake Decorator.
