There’s nothing like biting into a moist, fluffy cupcake. In this class, we will transform some classic summer treats into decadent cupcakes. S’mores cupcakes are great for sharing with friends when a campfire isn’t in the cards. Kick off your weekend mornings with maple bacon cupcakes alongside that fresh cup of coffee.

Meet your instructor:
Ali Cleis has spent the last 15 years studying baking and pastry arts. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Academy of Culinary Arts and is currently an adjunct instructor at Pittsburgh Technical College. She was Pastry Demi Chef at the Biltmore Estate and also worked for Priory Fine Pastries as Lead Cake Decorator.
