It’s pumpkin season! What are the Holidays without pumpkin goodies? Join us for a make and take featuring two pumpkin favorites for the holidays: pumpkin roll with cream cheese filling and pumpkin white chocolate chip cookies.

Meet your instructor:
Alexandra Cleis has spent the last 15 years studying baking and pastry arts. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Academy of Culinary Arts and is currently an adjunct instructor at Pittsburgh Technical College. She was Pastry Demi Chef at the Biltmore Estate and also worked for Priory Fine Pastries as Lead Cake Decorator.
